Pearcy is sharing some of the songs he's demoing for fans to listen to. Pearcy say's; "Most of these (15 plus) songs will never see the light of day, so it's cool to share a few of them during the making and recording of what in the end is your next record. See what people think. Believe it or not some demos come out better then the full studio recordings. So many ways to record, and put songs out there. And this one song."
The song "All That I Want" just had that emotional feel and just seemed the sign of the times, I just had to share. It might never make a solo or RATT record."
Pearcy looking to 2021 to entertain a new Ratt record at this time.
"Only fitting at this time to keep active, positive and creative, so I write music." Stephen Pearcy March 30, 2020.
Stephen Pearcy releases a new song demo "All That I Want."
It's no secret RATT founder frontman Stephen Pearcy has been in and out of the studio the last year working on his sixth solo record while RATT was touring 2019, and continued to even before we were told to stay in and make the best of it, so he did.
Making the best of it is releasing a new song titled "All That I Want." This is the first song shared by the Ratt frontman since the stay at home scenario for us all began. Pearcy say's; "The song has relevance to what's going on, for me personally, so I thought I'd share. It brings us together where we should always be anyway."
"I hope we all get back to the norm real soon and we can see all of our friends out there at the shows again. The band is crazy to get the "Big Rock Summer" Tour 2020 started, we're more then ready to kick some ass"!
(The single "All That I Want" will be available at iTunes)
The band RATT is now scheduled to start their headlining "Big Rock Summer" Tour with Tom Kiefer, Skid Row and Slaughter Aug 2020. The shows in May thru mid July will now be played in 2020. The tour will continue as planned. Confirmed dates are posted.
RATT will return to their home town hollywood playing one concert in Los Angeles at the world famous Hollywood Palladium on the Sunset Strip.
II's been years (36) years since the rockin' rodents had played the Hollywood Palladium, the last time was in 1983. RATT was already "Out of the Cellar" preparing to take over the world with Ratt n' Roll. Then came The Year of the Ratt-1984, the rest history.
